Q1. Have you ever thought of patience as “the premiere expression of love?” Explain.
Q2. What does it mean to have “patience with circumstances?” Have there been times in your life when your circumstances made it difficult to wait and be patient?
Q3. Read James 5:9—How do we apply patience when people have been unkind, unloving, and wounded us.
Q4. Pastor Paul gave examples of people in the Bible that were patient with God. Do you know someone in your life that has demonstrated patience with God?

Sit down with a sheet of paper and a pen, and write out your answrs to the following questions: How has God shown you patience in the past week? How has he shown you patience in the past year? How have you responded to his patience?
